ADDITIONALLY We will take care of body, mind, and soul starting with nutrition, we will practice imaginal cooking together, inspired by the principles of awakening food, and each participant can achieve their own purpose: detoxifying, losing weight if necessary, addressing any physical or psychological discomfort through food.
The retreat is inspired by the path, rituals, and initiations described in SCW’s “Imaginal Fasting” book, published by Piemme.
