The Forest Therapy Guide school is now available in English!
This school is for you, English or Italian speaker, to open your heart and mind to the Shinrin Yoku, the art of "forest bathing” and to have the opportunity to work connected to nature and to your clients.
It is also a great opportunity to internationalize what you do!
The School is entirely in English and provides a diploma among the most recognized in Europe, thanks to the Swiss accreditation AISCON, the Italian-Swiss Association of professional counseling and coaching.
It is a 10-week course, the school is online and live in a private facebook group. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 am to 8:30 am you will learn directly from Selene the ancient art of immersion in nature and you will have the opportunity to chat with her during the live session and with the group whenever you want. The live session will be permanent so you can rewatch it!
The school starts on the 4th of August 2020 and ends on the 29th of September 2020.
The Shinrin Yoku
THE SHINRIN YOKU IS EVERYWHERE, IN EVERY INSTANT YOU CAN ENJOY THE MAGNIFICENT FORCE OF NATURE AND BE INSPIRED
Have you ever thought of being able to travel in the woods, through the most luxuriant forests of the planet, in the steppes of Siberia, or to reach the most impetuous waterfalls and the most immense deserts in a completely imaginal and virtual way, from home?
On this trip, you will learn the ideals and all the practices of Shinrin Yoku through a wonderful online course and you will be able to practice in every moment of your life when you will be in contact with nature, whether represented by a magnificent forest, or be it represented by the geranium seedling you have at home or by the trees of your city park.
“In the forest you learn non-duality, which is the state of the relationship beyond subject and object.
All relationships are beyond subject and object. When we are in a relationship with another person, this person acts as a mirror for us: we are reflections of each other, reflections cannot exist in their separate individuality, they exist only as a relationship.”
